Natural Skincare? I wish to be acne free by the end of this month!?
Like many people in this world, I suffer from acne. I have sensitive dry skin. Using certain products either make me break out or get a rash on my face (which isn’t pretty mind you) Also I have tried benzoyl peroxide out of whim and I am sure it works, but my sensitive skin can’t handle it, besides the fact that it is uber drying and I’m not a big fan of its harshness.
Now I have been having my eye out on some more natural products was wondering which skin care line would you deem better:
Aubrey Organics for Sensitive Skin
or
Alba Natural ACNEdote?
Have any of you tried these? Did you like? Dislike? Why?
Also, is it wishful thinking to want to be acne free by the end of this month? I want to start next semester looking fresh and nice. Tips? Masks? Nothing that isn’t too expensive (I’m a college student with minimal money)
I have the same problem, super sensitive skin but prone to acne. Honestly, neither of those products work very well.
Origins (which can be bought at Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Dillards, Belk, etc) is actually the company I work for, and they are wonderful. Try using Checks and Balances Foaming Face Wash first. It is wonderful. It is about $15, a bit more expensive than most drugstore cleansers, but it really works and it lasts forever. You only use a pea-sized amount when you wash your face.
If that doesn’t work, I would advise trying Clinique’s Three Step facial care system. It is for sensitive skin and it really does work.
If those are both out of your price range, Aveeno has some wonderful, all natural scrubs.
I would say the acne is from a hormone imbalance, most college students have them. These products work really well to clear skin and work with your skin to prevent more breakouts.
I hope this helps! I wish you the best of luck!
