What is causing my acne breakout?
I’m a 35 year old woman. A couple of months ago, I started breaking out with really big zits around my chin, mouth and nose area. I’ve never had an issue with acne, even when I was pregnant (twice) or when I was a teenager. I’m not stressed any more than any other time. I had a paragard IUD inserted back in September but didn’t break out then. I’m on Strattera and Armour Thyroid for my Hashimoto’s. I’ve been on these medications for at least a year with no acne. I just all of a sudden started breaking out. I’ve been working out since New Year’s but nothing unusual that I have not done before. The only thing I have been doing different in the past few months is drinking one glass of grapefruit juice per day. What is going on?
