What can I do to feel better about myself?
Before I start, I know that I probably sound like a whiney little brat (I hope not, but I probably do)
Well I’m nearly 16 and for ages, it seems like, I’ve felt depressed about my appearance (I’m pretty sure I’ve got BDD- body dismorphic disorder- acne, big nose, skinny), my ‘purpose in life’ and just generally finding it hard to get negative things out of my head. And it seems like most people only expect girls to hate the way they look, not guys. So what can I do to change this- to be honest, I think most people, like a doctor, would say I’m overexaggerating?

Think positive. Every negative thing you think about yourself is not true. You are a unique person. Every one of are unique in a special way. Good luck
